I had my floors and countertops done with Great American and I'm so pleased it how they turned out. 'Honest' and 'good work' are the two words I'd use to describe working with them. I highly recommend them if needing flooring/kitchen work done.
We had a bath counter installed, it took much longer than it should have and it wasn't the one we ordered. They are very unorganized. It seems that sales staff does not know much about their products.
