Vey nice customer service from the worker Selena, as she also kept the tables and chairs wiped down, as well as the food bar... She is an amazing worker and if my late husband had the restaurant still open in Russell KY he would have been glad to have had her as a CSR...

It's an average KFC. Most of the staff is friendly but dumb. The buffet is usually half empty. Food may or may not be quick. It may or may not be hot. The place isn't very clean. There's usually at least one dirty table. But, it's cheap.
A lady and man came in here at the buffet with poodle, lady feeding it chicken by hand and going back to buffet touching serving utensils. I talked to manager, she said she showed her a paper that said it was a service dog! ( a while back )It was dressed like a little girl,it's a pet on a regular leash ! Manager said they eat there all the time. Dogs eat free ! Bring your dog ! Make a paper on the computer that it's a service dog ! Today is July 7th 2017
